So I had myself a merry little Christmas, and a happy birthday after all!

Honestly, once I posted my last post on Christmas eve I had already felt better, even though I have since deleted the rant.  I got it out of me and could then focus on the good. I called over to my husband in the other room and asked, "Do you want to watch anime on the tablet in bed and eat the goodies your sister shipped over?"  and he agreed.  So I hurried over and got cozy in bed next to him.  We binge watched Attack on Titan and ate pears, chocolates, and nuts. I didn't want to dredge up the negative thoughts I've been fighting, and I didn't want to think beyond the moment.  In those moments all that mattered is I was watching Anime with the man I love.  I am fortunate to be able to rest my head on his shoulder, and we were both enjoying the company of one another, sharing food and watching a show we both enjoy. I decided to go drive for lyft and got home at about 3 a.m.  I went to bed feeling warm inside and I didn't want to change that.  I snuggled

No more H202 treatement, but I want to try again January

Things I noticed. My body metabolized foods better while I was taking the water with the 20 drops.  Fast food definitely makes a big adverse difference even if it is the same calories you are used to.... The holidays are for getting fat, and that is that! I can't, or better yet, won't focus on a healthy diet while everyone is feeding me for free.  The rest of the year I will be scraping for pennies and I choose to enjoy this season.  I am not one who is upset about my body anyway, but I will still watch which foods are okay and which are not. Today I weigh 224.  I got down to 223 the last couple of days again, so I am marking 220 as my breaking point to the next bracket of weight because the 221-225 seems like that healthy fluctuation of water weight etc. Thanks for following along this small journey.  I don't and would not want to do this for 20 days.  My being didn't want to drink it after a while.  But I am going to do the MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution) next.  Le

Day 7 H2O2 Therapy... although not consistent at this point. >=\

I have not had breakfast yet, and this is day three in a row of no vitamins, although yesterday I did take some fat burn pills my mom bought me.  Yesterday the morning got away from me and I did not take the H2O2 concoction.    I had a Waffle for Breakfast with PB and J and tea, but for lunch I had one of those KFC $5 fill up boxes courtesy of my mom.    I did not have dinner, but I snacked on pieces of turkey since I baked some dark meat from a turkey meat last night so not to let it go to waste... I will probably eat some for lunch now as I have not eaten this morning. The day before I had a machaca burrito for breakfast, and drank water.  By evening time I was out and about and hungry and I got a Carl's Jr $5 box with chicken tenders, a cookie, fried zucchini which I did not finish and Fuze iced tea...  All this is important because while I did not eat more than usual I realized this morning, that it is not the calories... I was keeping track of the little I eat and I often go

Day 5 Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy

I did not drink the mixture yesterday, nor did I take any vitamins.  I had eaten a lot on Saturday with my mother in law having made and brought over delicious enchiladas, so I ate that for lunch and dinner plus seconds. Yesterday, I ate Carne Asada Fries for breakfast and I had a waffle with peanut butter and strawberry preserves for dinner, although before I went out to drive for Uber and Lyft in the evening I had instant popcorn too... I didn't finish the bag though.  I did drink more water than I had been.  I still have to up this part. O am drinking the water with 20 drops of H2O2 now.  Truth be told, I really don't want to this morning so it is harder to force down.Sometimes I don't even have an appetite for water.  But I was thinking about the benefits of doing this first thing in the morning.  Drinking a glass of water within 45 minutes of waking up (which I did oversleep today) helps hydrate your body before you really get going.  This gives you optimal performance

Day 3 H2O2 Therapy: Maybe I ate too much yesterday?

So just a while ago I took my cup of water with my 20 drops of 35 percent food grade hydrogen peroxide on an empty stomach.  I had also brushed my teeth and rinsed with peroxide before doing so...  I forgot to brush my teeth before bed, or was too lazy, and I woke up feeling extra plaque in my mouth, yuck! I weighed in at 224.4, so there goes my plan of dropping a pound a day, but then again, I ate a lot yesterday too, which is fine.  I had some left overs again for the last time because the rest went to the dogs for a yummy dinner.  I also had about a third of the small pumpkin pie, which was all that was left.  I had a tall glass of milk with that too... and this was for lunch because for breakfast a couple of hours earlier I was at my mom's and had a nice breakfast of half weenie rolled tacors (2), two eggs over easy, and mashed pinto beans.  I drank green tea with that but I had a small slice of coconut frosted white cake.  And then for dinner I had a waffle with PB and J and a

H2O2 Treatment for Science day 2: Even after eating good food...

I just took my second day in a row 20 drops of H2O2 in a glass of water when I started writing this blog.  I will measure the water later to know exactly how much I am using but it is not a tall glass.  It's one of those whiskey glasses that come with a bottle of Jack Daniels. I felt okay yesterday, good even, maybe it was just my mood though.  The most I felt was a bit gassy as in needing to belch at a certain point before I actually ate.  Even though the 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide is food grade it still leave a mild fizzy tingle to my tongue and esophagus, so I am assuming it is still fizzing in my stomach, which would cause gas. My diet throughout the day was basically Thanksgiving left overs but portions on the smaller side.  Two cherry poptarts, and  tea for brunch, plus all my vitamins... then in the evening I ate half a tuna sandwich, a slice of cheddar cheese, and a cut of tea again.  I should have drank more water.  I will today.  I was busy all day with fixi
