Yesterday the morning got away from me and I did not take the H2O2 concoction. I had a Waffle for Breakfast with PB and J and tea, but for lunch I had one of those KFC $5 fill up boxes courtesy of my mom. I did not have dinner, but I snacked on pieces of turkey since I baked some dark meat from a turkey meat last night so not to let it go to waste... I will probably eat some for lunch now as I have not eaten this morning.
The day before I had a machaca burrito for breakfast, and drank water. By evening time I was out and about and hungry and I got a Carl's Jr $5 box with chicken tenders, a cookie, fried zucchini which I did not finish and Fuze iced tea... All this is important because while I did not eat more than usual I realized this morning, that it is not the calories... I was keeping track of the little I eat and I often go over the caloric goal for each day but still drop weight by the next day... however, fast food is high in sodium, which I am thinking retains water per what I remember of how these things work.
It showed on the scale yesterday morning... that Carl's Jr box brought me from 222 to 225 pounds!!! Well I was wearing shoes and a bulky sweater but I am logging it at 225 anyway. And today I weigh 224 even... but I had KFC yesterday... I wonder how tomorrow will go because I am going to Disneyland... I am packing a lunch, but it will most likely be inevitable to eat out.
In any case, I do visually feel I look like there is progress in the course of the week. And I feel great! I stayed up late the past few nights because of recording music and editing my wedding video 4 years later! LOL I know sleep is important for this process and while I am getting my 8 hours, I do want to be out of bed by 6:30 a.m. Perhaps the rest of the week I will fair better.
I want to note, I took a couple of Senna pills as a laxative, but I should not have because I didn't need it. I just thought since I had eaten heavier over the weekend it would help... it's thrown my digestion completely off and I have had trouble re-balancing. I mean, I can try to eat oatmeal...
Also this photo is what happens when you get 35% food grade peroxide on your skin. It tingled much the same as when your leg falls asleep and you feel pins and needles... kind of an ouch moment for me. On both hands...
