(Mia is the nickname my younger siblings call me)
So it just occurred to me, Netflix has fitness dvds and I looked up belly dance. Bam! Free lessons. =)
Its a little easier for me without a teacher because I have a dance background, but I need a full length mirror to adjust myself.
I thought about this and figured, I have too much liesure time on my hands and cannot reach success without structuring my schedule. so here is what I decided to do...
6 am wake up, do oil pulling while letting the dogs out. Make my juice or smoothie for breakfast. Spit out the oil, drink a glass of water with my supplements. Feed the animals.
7 am Workout... I will have a 4 week schedule rewritten every month for morning and evening workouts.
8:15 Drink smoothie or juice. I must do this without multi tasking and be mindful of my consumption.
8:25 am Morning Meditation. Doesn't need to take more than 5 minutes to kick start my chi flow.
8:30 - 10:30 am Work...
10:35 - Snack break, eat some fruits and or veggies. Let the dogs out, play with them
11:00 am Reading time. I gotta flex my brain too. Reading for pleasure or study is fine but I tend to read for study most.
11:30 am Music.... Practice Guitar, Piano, or Viola/Violin for 30 minutes rotating daily This usually includes singing.....
12:00 pm Work again
12:30 PM Lunch break, smoothie, juice, maybe a sandwich but definitely something lighter... Mindful eating with the animals outside with me.
1:00 - 3:00 pm Chores... Ugh...
3:00 PM Nap time... after a glass of water and afternoon supplements. 60-90 minutes
3:30 or 4:00 pm light snack, maybe like a peach and a glass of water then final workout of the day.
5:00 pm start dinner, feed animals....
Then I am free to goof off the rest of the day.This is flexible though and some times I will have to change things around Wednesdays are off as I am in OC all day.but if possible evening meditation around 7 or 8 PM.
